Beachside development close to the San Pedro beach

La Gavia, located opposite the Tenis and Padel Club of Nueva Alcantara, was built in 2004 and remained as popular as when it was built. Similar to Residencial Noray, its neighbour next-door, the development consists of 107 apartments and penthouses which are set around a large freeform swimming pool on one side and a beautiful Alhambra inspired water feature on the other.
